With a DeepSeek reasoning model configured, the PRD-writing action in a software-team multi-agent framework repeatedly failed validation because the model's structured output lacked required fields, and after six attempts (about 231 s) the run ended in a tenacity RetryError. Another user saw the model keep thinking and return an empty string; the reporter later got a valid action without changes and speculated about GPU load.
