Customer queries
Your search text is processed in memory to find similar records. For a free search (no match) nothing is stored. For a paid lookup, the delivered result is stored for 24 hours so you can re-fetch it; it contains how your query was understood (detected language, matched concepts and words, identifiers, frameworks) but not your full query text. The payment ledger stores a one-way hash of the request, never its text. Please do not put secrets, credentials or personal data in queries.
Payment metadata
For each paid lookup the ledger keeps: a payment identifier derived from the authorization, the payer’s public wallet address, amount, network, transaction hash, result id, pricing and dataset versions, and timestamps — for accounting, replay protection and dispute handling, for 400 days. Blockchain transactions are public by nature and permanent on the blockchain. The service never receives private keys or recovery phrases.
Public source data
The knowledge base is built from public sources (issue trackers, advisories, developer Q&A, postmortems, reports). Records keep short excerpts and links. Usernames and e-mail addresses are not kept in records: @mentions and e-mail addresses in quotes are masked, secret-like strings are excluded, and authorship is described only by role (maintainer, reporter, third party). The operator’s working copy of retrieved source text is local to the ingestion process, is not deployed, and is deleted after 30 days. If a record contains something about you that should not be there, ask for its removal.
Logs
The hosting platform records standard request logs (such as time, path, status and IP address) for operation and security, under its retention settings. The application keeps a per-instance, in-memory rate-limit counter keyed by a hash of the IP address; it is not persisted. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Service providers and international processing
Agent Errors runs on Vercel (hosting), Neon (PostgreSQL for the payment ledger and short-lived paid results) and uses the Coinbase Developer Platform x402 facilitator to verify and settle payments on the Base network. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. No model provider or search provider receives your queries.
Security
HTTPS only; database access only from paid requests after local validation; unguessable, authenticated result ids; bounded input sizes; no execution of submitted or retrieved code.
Your choices
You can use the free parts of the service without providing anything. Stored paid results expire automatically after 24 hours. For other requests about data concerning you, contact the operator.
